### How do I book?

Send us your event date, location, event time, and the balloon décor or 4-ft marquee numbers you’re interested in. We’ll confirm availability and provide your quote.

### How much is required to book?

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer and required agreement are completed.

### When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance must be paid by the due date listed on your invoice or rental agreement. All balances must be paid before delivery and setup.

### Do you deliver and set up?

Yes! Delivery and professional setup are available for balloon décor and 4-ft marquee rentals. Delivery fees may vary depending on the event location.

### Can the marquee numbers be used outdoors?

Outdoor setups must be approved in advance and are dependent on weather and location conditions. Marquee numbers cannot be exposed to rain, strong winds, or unsafe conditions.

### Can I move the marquee numbers after they are set up?

Please do not move, climb on, sit on, or lean against the marquee numbers after setup. Customers may be responsible for damage caused during the rental period.

### What types of balloon décor do you offer?

Depending on availability, we can provide balloon garlands, arches, columns, organic balloon arrangements, backdrop balloons, and custom event installations.

### Can I provide my own balloons?

For quality and safety reasons, we typically use our own professional-quality balloons and materials for installations.

### What happens if I cancel?

Retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling or transferring payments to another date is subject to your cancellation/rescheduling policy and availability.

### How far in advance should I book?

Booking as early as possible is recommended, especially for weekends, holidays, graduation season, and popular event dates. Last-minute bookings may be accepted depending on availability.

### Do you offer balloon décor with marquee numbers?

Yes! Pairing 4-ft light-up marquee numbers with a custom balloon arrangement creates a beautiful statement piece and photo area for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and milestone celebrations.
